Activities

The Park is well known for its wonderful 'open access' paths, allowing walkers to roam openly over the estate (although dogs must be kept on leads in some areas). In addition, there is a 5 mile easy access route around the park which is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs (see the link at the bottom of the page).

Lying on the foot of the downs, Stanmer has a number of bridleways allowing for horse riding and cycling, many of which join up with the easy access route around the park.

The park also hosts 'Health-walks', a series of short social walks set across Brighton & Hove. More information can be found here on the Brighton & Hove City Council Website
